Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Rebecca Hopman and I am currently the Outreach Librarian at the Corning Museum of Glass. As an archivist/librarian, my primary interest is to find innovative ways to facilitate access to library and archival collections.

I have worked in public, academic, museum, special, and corporate libraries and archives. As a librarian and archivist, I have experience in reference, instruction, and outreach. As an archivist I have experience in the core duties of appraisal, accessioning, processing, digitization, and preservation. My outreach work includes exhibits, instruction, publications, events, programs, presentations, and social media campaigns. I enjoy promoting access to special collections and primary source documents, and creating digital resources for students.
